MAKING TRACKS JACKET

We are offering this popular class again per your request! Create a beautiful jacket with a hidden pocket using a sweatshirt as your pattern! Anyone can make this jacket as long as you have a sweatshirt that fits you. It’s basic fabric piecing that is then sandwiched with your sweatshirt pieces, quilted and then sewn back together. You will want to select a focal fabric and go from there with coordinating prints and solid fabrics. Basic quilting and rotary experience required.

Join us in making this fun, fabulous, and roomy KWIK SEW bag; a great one for the beach. What an easy way to showcase your favorite coordinating fabric. The bag is double and can be made quickly with 8 fat quarters and a bit extra for the handle. Extra piecing and embellishments are up to you. ‘Out of the box’ creativity is invited and encouraged. Makes a great retreat or up to the cabin bag too! Machine pieced.

The Michaela Bag is a simple, easy to piece, messenger style bag that holds all your day-to-day necessities. We found this pattern on a trip to Maine last year, so you can be assured your bag will be something you will not find everyone carrying! Inside is a large compartment and a small pocket. The exterior of the bag features a gusseted pocket for keys or cell phone. Best of all, this bag uses just 3 fabrics! The strap can be cut to any size to suit your needs. Finally, you can custom quilt your bag for a truly unique look. Machine pieced.

FLEA MARKET BAG

The Flea Market Bag is designed to carry lots of goodies. The strap is long so it can go across your chest for comfort and weight distribution. The zippered inside pocket is perfect for valuables and money. No quilting is involved in this project. Pick two fabrics (outside and lining/outer pocket) and you are ready to sew. I added a soft insert to the bottom of the bag for shaping. Clear directions make the Flea Market Bag an easy project.
