Class Sign-Up

Details: Here's our tested and perfected registration process! We try to make it as fun and fair as possible.
 
Starting at 7 AM, Bob is at the store to hand out numbers to anyone who shows up.  He's always got a smile for you!
 

After you pick up a number, you don't have to stay put.  You can go to a nearby cafe or bakery for coffee, breakfast, or a chance to catch up on the news.  The shop doors officially open at 8 AM, and we have the coffee ready and something from the bakery, too!  Starting at 8:30, announcements are made and sign up begins with the #1 ticket holder. 

Registrations can also be dropped off, mailed or called in or emailed prior to 9/9. They will be entered in the order received into the class log as soon as possible after those who register in-person are finished.  You will be contacted by phone to confirm your place in class and arrange payment. 

Whether registering in-person, or by any other means, when payment is received you will receive the Materials List for the class.  Required class materials may be purchased at the store at a 10% discount.  If any classes fill up, we will take names for a waiting list.  Approximately 1 week prior to the class start date, we will verify that class members have paid for class.  If a spot opens up, we will go to the names on the Wait List.  

Sometimes, life happens and a customer needs to cancel a class that they paid for.  If we are notified at least 1 week prior to the class, the customer will receive a store credit.  If we are notified less than 1 week before class, we cannot issue a credit.  If your plans change, whether you have paid for a class or not, please notify us as soon as possible.  Someone on that Wait List will be glad you did!
