Hand Quilting Workshop

It’s back by popular demand!  We have often had requests for a class to learn the skills needed for hand quilting.  This is a technique class that will expose you to the ins and outs that will make your hand quilting successful.  You will work on 2 18" blocks.  A kit of beginning materials is included.

Hand quilting is a slow paced and relaxing technique.  With our pleasant summer weather, you can even enjoy hand quilting while sitting on the porch with a refreshing glass of iced tea!  If you can thread a needle, you can do it!  But even if threading a needle is harder than it ever used to be, we have the right stuff to help with that!

That Perfect Stitch by Dierdra A. McElroy is a great reference book.  It's not required for class, but can be purchased with a 20% discount with paid class fee.

Whether you are a beginner or just want to work on improving your stitching, this is the class for you.  Class meets twice on mornings.
