BERNINA MACHINE SERVICE AND
REPAIR - We have a new process in place that we want to share with
you when you are having your machine serviced Our service technician has
asked us to make sure that customers provide the following items when
bring in machines for service: Sewing Machines:
1. #1 Foot (multi-purpose foot)
2. #3A/S automatic buttonhole foot (if your model comes
with one)
3. Multi-purpose throat plate (no straight stitch
plates)
4. Bobbin case and bobbin
5. Foot control and power cord
Embroidery Machines: Bring large hoop and embroidery bobbin case if
your module will be serviced.
Sergers: Bring in the standard foot, power cord and foot
control
Also, please remember to drop your machines off at Bear Patch Quilt
Shop, 2199 4th Street
Bear Patch now repairs the following makes and models of sewing machines:

Viking- all models from 6000 series,
100 and 900 series and most current models

Singer, Brother, Kenmore, Elna,
Necchi, Juki- all models

Plus sergers from all the above
brands.
Dave will be at Bear Patch 1-2
Fridays per month for repairs. Call the Sewing Center if you have any
questions. 651-429-6500. Dave is not able to service machines with
Computer board problems. Scissors sharpened, including pinking shears
(if they have a screw to separate the blades) for $5.
Patchwork Thursday -
Join
Bear Patch Quilting and Kathy every Thursday from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
for a time of fun and conversation with other quilting enthusiasts.
Bring a hand project to work on - we will provide cookies from Avalon
Tea Room as well as two “friendship squares” of fun, new fabric.
