During 2007, we enjoyed our monthly gatherings of the Afternoon Tea group. We wish to continue and further our friendships among the community of quilters in 2008, and shall henceforth call our group The Ladies’ Sewing Society. We invite you to join us as we transform simple calico scraps into finery to warm your bed on a cold winter night. You will make the acquaintance of other fine ladies, savor the delights of sweets and such, discuss many items of interest to today’s homemakers and your reputation as a fine seamstress will surely be elevated. We find that we each learn something from one another, so no matter what our previous experience, we each go home with at least one bit of new information gained. We welcome one and all!
