A
Bear Patch Original Quilt
The 'White Bear Wonderland' Quilt was designed by our very own Laurel Riter. This quilt depicts the beauty of our White Bear Lake community. Visit our town and you see our white bear everywhere - in gardens, car lots, business names and team mascots. Interwoven in the traditional, old-fashioned patterns of this quilt are our Bear Paw logo, a log cabin block that represents our close-knit community, and geese flying toward each other to represent the people we've met through our mutual love of fabrics and quilting. The blue and white color scheme represents our store colors - the red our Bernina department. The colors are also typically Minnesotan especially our beautiful lake and snowy winter months.
